Only 1 Account
Only one account per user is allowed.
In exceptional cases, multiple accounts may be permitted (e.g., a private account and a business account). To avoid the blocking of all accounts, prior notice must be given to a moderator or administrator (preferably via the contact form).
Choosing a Username
The username (nickname, login name) must not be a real full name (first name + last name). The username must not be a phone number, an email address (format xxxxx@xxxxx.xx or similar), or a URL (format www.xxxxx.xx or similar).
The username must not give the impression that it belongs to a moderator, service provider employee, administrator, or similar role.
Posting Texts and Images / Netiquette
It is not allowed to post or link texts and images related to incest, bestiality, extremely hardcore BDSM/fetishes (permanent harm, scat, etc.), or the sale of prescription medications or drugs. The posting of images of minors is generally prohibited.
Additionally, discriminatory or defamatory posts, especially those that violate criminal or civil law, will be removed.
The administrators and moderators of babyescort.com have the right to delete, edit, move, or close topics and posts at their discretion.
Netiquette applies throughout the forum, and appropriate language is expected. Netiquette also includes staying on topic and not excessively derailing threads.
No Spam! No Cross-Posting!
Spam is prohibited. Spam includes: posting the same text or image multiple times in different categories (cross-posting), frequently posting short (almost) contentless messages, etc.
Images and videos may only be uploaded once to the gallery (this also applies to very similar media). Even after deletion, re-uploading is not allowed.
No Real Names, Private Addresses, Email Addresses, or Phone Numbers
The use of real names (own or others') is not allowed. Mentioning vehicle license plates, appearance, workplace, private addresses, or anything that can be linked to a real private person is also prohibited. In this context, posting links to social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, or various messaging systems) is also forbidden.
Phone numbers and email addresses may not be made public.
To ensure the special protection of sex workers, it is not permitted to publish information about their private lives.
Copyright and Face Verification
Only images for which the uploader has the express consent of the person depicted and holds the copyright or author’s consent may be uploaded. Images will be deleted if there is suspicion of misuse.
Public posting of so-called "image inseminations" (using photographic prints of images of other people) is not allowed.
Anyone posting images with a face or other distinctive features must first complete a "face verification." This also applies to user album images accessible only to a limited group of people. If face verification is not possible, thorough anonymization must be performed to ensure that the individuals depicted cannot be identified by third parties in any way. This means, among other things, that the eye area, including eyebrows, must be completely covered by a bar extending continuously from the right to the left eye, also covering the bridge of the nose.
Author consent is also required for erotic stories (sex stories) or other texts if they were not written by the uploader.
No Annoying Signatures
Signatures must not exceed 4 lines in standard font size. Large texts and/or images in signatures disrupt reading flow and will be removed. External links in signatures are not allowed.
Contact Searches Only in the Contact Section
Private contact searches are only allowed in the “Contacts” section. Discussion forums are not intended for this purpose. Personal ads in signatures are also not allowed.
Public money offers ("pocket money") are not allowed.
Conversations (Private Messages)
The publication of private messages of any kind is not allowed. Harassing other members via private messages is prohibited. Mass messages (spam) are also banned. Explicit solicitations/offers to members who have stated in their profiles that they are not looking for contacts are forbidden. Persistently harassing users who have clearly said "no" to a request is also undesirable.
No Defamation, Rumor-Spreading, or Threats
This forum is not the place for defamation, accusations, or similar offenses. Crimes should be reported to the relevant authorities. Posts alleging unproven crimes will be deleted without comment. The user will be warned and blocked if further accusations/insinuations occur. Obviously defamatory posts or threats will be deleted, and the user will be blocked without comment.
Advertising on babyescort.com
Commercial contact searches (or those by users with financial interests) may only take place in the Ads and Contacts section or through banner advertisements (upon request). Advertising is not allowed anywhere else.
Users with financial interests can request advertising space in addition to premium memberships. Free advertising is not possible—corresponding posts will be deleted.
Advertising in categories other than those mentioned above, especially in chat or on other users' profiles, is not permitted, even if another user has opened a topic about their own offer. However, responding to direct user inquiries (e.g., questions about availability, opening hours, etc.) is allowed.
Participation in discussions with general content, where there is apparently no ulterior motive to advertise, is allowed. However, participation in discussions about competitor offers is discouraged.
Recruiting clients via private messages is not allowed and may result in account suspension.
Advertising affiliate programs (affiliate sites) is not permitted. Linking personal profiles to amateur portals, cam sites, or similar platforms is also forbidden. This applies even to "homepages" created by third parties (e.g., amateur site operators).
Advertising for websites that clearly use unfair practices will also be removed, and the user will be blocked.
We reserve the right to delete images if copyright issues are unclear.
(Self-)promotion using fake accounts may result in a permanent ban.
If a user posts incorrect statements about their own offer, a brief factual clarification is allowed. In such cases, the report function should also be used, or a forum staff member should be informed for intervention and support.
Forum Exclusion
Users who ignore our forum rules or clear instructions from administrators or moderators may be temporarily or permanently excluded from certain forum areas or the entire forum. Users who have already been banned are not allowed to re-register.
Final Note
Although the administrators and moderators of babyescort.com do their best to keep out all posts that do not comply with the forum rules, it is not always possible to review all posts in a timely manner. Therefore, we explicitly highlight the report function.
